I would be happy to recommend Care Solutions to anyone who is looking for help in managing care whether it is for themselves or the needs of a loved one. Cheryl and Robin both have a lengthy background in addressing the needs of the elderly ranging from simple companionship to helping to find the right fit for a care facility. My Mom, at 103, was slowing down and not able to participate in activities that she had enjoyed. Her care givers Linda and Laurie spent time on different days with her. They helped her do some things in her apartment that she couldn't do on her own. They helped her go for short walks because she loved to walk but wasn't comfortable walking without a companion. Linda played card games with Mom, both Linda and Laurie helped compete tasks Mom couldn't accomplish on her own. Mom felt comfortable sharing her feelings with them.
When Mom had suddenly found herself in need of an Adult Living home Robin and Cheryl showed us some very nice homes that they thought would fill Mom's needs. Unfortunately, Mom's health changed very quickly. We had to make a decision quickly about Mom's care. Robin stood by us every step of the planning and helped us navigate a very difficult road. Robin accomplished so much that we would not have been able to do on our own.
All four of these wonderful women kept in touch with us through all of the time that Mom was in their care. We are very grateful.

Our family was forced to move our 96-year-old dad from assisted living to a place that would provide him with more 24-hour care. We were given the name of Care Solutions to help us with our search. Both Robin and Cheryl set up a meeting with our family and our dad to understand his needs, our needs and capabilities and to assure us that they would be able to find him a place that would be best for him and our family. They provided us with a list of Adult Family Homes to visit. They both accompanied us on our tour of the facilities, helping with asking the right questions and the pros and cons of each facility. We found an amazing place, with their assistance, that was perfect for our dad. They were both very helpful with the onboarding process - answering all our questions and were a liaison between our family and the facility. Once my dad was settled, they have checked up on him numerous times, visited him regularly and has been there to make sure both our family and our father are doing okay. We couldn't be happier with Robin and Cheryl as they have provided us with the helpful support we needed, but more importantly they have shown nothing but compassion and caring for our family as we made this transition for our dad.
